PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating fan filter manufactured efficiently. SOLUTION: This ventilating fan filter is constituted of a filter frame 1 and a filter material 2 covering an open port 7 provided at the frame 1 and stuck to the frame 1. The filter material 2 is adhered to an open port edge part 3 provided at the frame 1 and whose surface being in contact with the filter material 2 is recessed and a cross support part 4 with thermosensitive adhesive powder 8. In the manufacture of the ventilating fan filter, the adhesive powder 8 is sprayed on the recessed surfaces 3a and 4a respectively of the open port edge part 3 and the cross support part 4 provided at the frame 1. The spraying may be executed before or after putting the filter material 2. In such a way, the adhesive powder 8 is stored at the recessed surfaces 3a and 4a and the filter material 2 is pressurized on the recessed surfaces 3a and 4a and also heated. As a result, the ventilating fan filter constituted so that the filter material 2 is adhered to the open port edge part 3 and the cross support part 4 of the filter frame 1 is obtained. |
