PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a tool shaft in a bore of a chucking member precisely. SOLUTION: A process to locate a tool 13 in an axle direction of a shaft 14 by a primary locating means 10, a process to locate the tool 13 in a direction crossing the axle direction of the shaft 14 at right angles by secondary locating means 11, 12, and a process to press the shaft 14 in to a desired location by pressing a chucking member 14 by a cylindrical member 19, are provided. The chuckling member 18, therefore, is pressed in the shaft 14 of the tool 13 and is mounted to the desired location.
