PURPOSE: A method for billing a QNC(Quick Net Connect) among wireless data call services is provided to classify an asynchronous data call setting up failure and a QNC call, and to process a byte number and a packet number transmitted from an IWF(Inter-Working Function) as bills. CONSTITUTION: An MCC(Mobile Call Control)(1) transmits a signal notifying a call release to an FRC(Frame Relay Control Block)(2,3). According to the signal, the FRC(3) transmits a call release message to an IWF(Inter-Working Function,4). The IWF uses the call release message. If a corresponding call service is a QNC(Quick Net Connect) call, the IWF converts a service option into from an asynchronous data call to a packet call, and combines the service option, a byte number and a packet number, then transmits a message converted into a determined format to the FRC(3). If the packet number exists in the transmitted message, and the service option is converted into the packet call, the FRC(3) decides that the corresponding call service is the QNC call. If not, the FRC(3) decides that the corresponding call service is a setting up failure of the asynchronous data call. The FRC(3) changes the setting up failure of the asynchronous data call into an interworking error, and transmits the interworking error to the MCC(1). The FRC(3) uses billing information, and transmits the asynchronous data call and QNC classification information, the byte number, the packet number and service option information to the MCC(1), then process the byte number and the packet number as bills.
