PURPOSE: A device for opening and shutting a barrier of a zoom camera is provided to prevent a damage of power transmission member of a shutter and a barrier by blocking driving force from the shutter through a slip of a gear part when the barrier is opened and shut by external forcible strength. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and shutting the barrier of the zoom camera includes a barrel assembly(1), an automatic focusing lens assembly(3) having a focusing motor(9) and a focusing driving ring(23) put in the barrel assembly, a gear train(21) geared with the focusing motor and transferring driving power of the focusing motor to the focusing driving ring, a power transferring unit(25) connected to the gear train for opening and shutting a barrier only in a capturing state, a slip unit(27) blocking power transferred for opening and shutting the barrier when the barrier is opened, and a barrier assembly(5) connected to the power transferring unit. |
