PURPOSE: A structure of a discharge valve is provided to reduce the intake loss of gas by minimizing the dead volume of a discharge port for improving the efficiency of a compressor and the number of parts required for the discharge valve for reducing manufacturing costs and the procedure of assembling. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a discharge valve includes an annular supporting part(21) inserted in a discharge port(12), through which compressed gas is discharged, and having cut surfaces(21a) elastically contacting a skin of a valve mounting groove(12a) of the discharge port, and an opening and closing part(22) extended from the supporting part integrally and folded for opening and closing an air exhaust port(12b), wherein the supporting part is formed with a fixing protrusion part(20a) protruded outward from an outer peripheral surface to be inserted into a fixing groove part(12a-1) on the skin for preventing the deviation of the discharge valve.
