PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the improvement of positioning precision with respect to the intermediate transferring belt of a transferring and carrying unit having a second transferring part and to improve usability when exchanging a photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: In this image forming device having a photoreceptor drum 2 for forming a toner image, an intermediate transferring belt unit 3 to which the toner image is transferred from the drum 2 and a transferring and carrying unit 14 provided with a second transferring part for transferring the toner image to a material to be transferred 25 from the unit 3, the unit 14 is at an installing and releasing position with respect to the unit 3 and is supported by the unit 3 via a hook 13 provided at the unit 3 or the unit 14.
