<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize document management which is flexible and easy to be used even when a third person put in charge of large-quantity document management as main work is requested to perform document management by easily managing a key used to cipher a document and setting disclosure conditions for respective documents. SOLUTION: This system comprises a user module 1 which makes a request for management by providing a disclosure condition for each ciphered document, a warehouse server module 2 which manages ciphered documents according to disclosure conditions, and a key restoration center module which extracts a deciphering key for deciphering a ciphered document, and a large amount of ciphered data are flexibly managed according to respective disclosure conditions.</p> |
