PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a few elements to one bolt member in a device fixing a component member to a bolt member wherein a shaft of the bolt member penetrates an opening portion of the component member to project out. SOLUTION: A ring element 5 is disposed on a shaft 2 of a bolt member 1. The ring element 5 is fixed on an outer surface of the shaft 2 so as not to move in an axial direction, and provided with at least one axial thickness part 15 locking behind an edge portion 8 of an opening portion of a composing member 6.
