PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the size of an analysis window to an input signal and improve processing efficiency in the case where signal analysis is performed. SOLUTION: The analysis of the analysis window is modified in response to a position for the pitch period of the analysis window or the center of the analysis window is agreed with the center position of the pitch period, is processed a variable frame rate method or after the center of the analysis window is agreed with the center position and phase correction is performed, the optimum analysis window is set in a signal analyzer by performing processing by a fixing frame method, the shortness of a processing time and the improvement of the processing efficiency can be contrived, and processing can be performed in a real time.
