PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device simple and small and reduce the power consumption by enabling the adoption of a single power supply circuit and most suitably setting a range of effectively available power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A single power source is adopted, and a ground bias moving circuit, a virtual ground circuit, and a negative power source are installed.
