PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge capable of providing a stable picture quality by absorbing the individual difference of the cartridge by storing timing information for changing various process conditions while using a memory medium and by changing the process conditions together with use information accumulated with the use of the cartridge, a device, to and from which the process cartridge is freely attachable an detachable, and a system for forming electrophotographic image. SOLUTION: On a memory medium 22 provided in a process catridge C, information on parameter values for changing condition intrinsic to respective process cartridges is stored as information for changing image forming process conditions.
