PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the regenerating method of an electrophotographic photoreceptor by which the electrophotographic photoreceptor is easily and inexpensively reused. SOLUTION: The regenerating method of the electrophotographic photoreceptor by which a regenerated layer is directly formed on the remaining layer of a used electrophotographic photoreceptor, and also a regenerated electrophotographic photoreceptor using it, a processing cartridge and an image forming device are provided.
