PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied natural gas cold exhaust thermal transferring apparatus for obtaining a cold heat according to an adiabatic expansion of water droplets in an evaporating thermal storage container of a demand side of a pressure reduced state by operating an exhaust cold heat obtained by gasifying liquefied natural gas at a steam-filled space to set the space to a pressure reduced state by freezing the steam, transmitting and transferring the reduced state to an evaporating thermal storage container of the demand side through a pipeline. SOLUTION: A cold trap container 2a (2b) containing a heat exchanger 6 for vaporizing an LNG and a vaporizing thermal storage container 1a (1b) installed at a cold heat demand side are connected by a pipeline 5 through changeover valves 3, 4. As the steam fully filled in the container 2a (2b) is cooled by the LNG and cryohydrated, the pressure reduced state generated in the container 2a (2b) is transferred to the container 1a (1b), and a cold heat from the cryohydrate 9 generated by the evaporation of the droplet 8 is taken out.
