PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a link mechanism for transmitting angle compact, and form an arm light in a device comprising an angle sensor installed between a pair of support plates of the arm. SOLUTION: An arm angle detecting device 20 is composed of an angle sensor 29 and a link mechanism 55, and it is disposed on the inner side of support plates 19a, 19b of an arm. The link mechanism 55 is composed of an angle transmitting plate 22 installed on a tip of a rod 8a of an arm cylinder 8 to be rotated with rotation of the arm cylinder 8, a lever 31 fixed to a rotation shaft part of the angle sensor 29, and a connection plate 24 to transmit a rotation angle of the arm cylinder 8 transmitted by an angle transmitting plate 33 to the lever 31, the angle transmitting plate 33 is composed of a main body part 22a held between a boss part 21 and the support plate 19b, a tongue- shaped protrusion 25 protruded toward the angle sensor 29, and a bent part 26 perpendicularly bent toward the rod 8a of the arm cylinder 8, and the rod 8a is held by two arm parts 26a, 26b of the bent part 26.
