PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbodiimide adhesive which exerts a high adhesion strength against various adherends and exerts an excellent adhesion property even under high-temperature high-moisture conditions. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition comprises a polycarbodiimide and an isocyanurate compound of formula 1 (wherein R1, R2 and R3 are identical to or different from each other and are each a monovalent organic group containing at least one alkoxy silyl group).
