An outdoor unit of an air conditioner capable of reducing costs by reducing a man-hour for assembly of a bottom frame, comprising a bottom plate (2) forming the bottom surface side of a main unit casing and a close valve mounting plate (1) provided erectedly at the side edge of the bottom plate (2) on the shorter side, both of which are formed integrally with each other through a single member, wherein a first mounting hole (5) for mounting a gas closing valve and a second mounting hole (6) for mounting a liquid closing valve are provided in the close valve mounting plate (1) horizontally in parallel with each other, and ribs (3, 4) extending vertically from the lower end part to the upper part of the close valve mounting plate (1) are provided on the close valve mounting plate (1). |
