PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid detergent composition excellent in solubility and storage stability though containing a perfume comprising less than 85 wt.% of limonene by combining limonene and a specific perfume in a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This liquid detergent composition comprises a perfume composition containing limonene (A) and a perfume (B) other than limonene having a Log Pow of 2.0-7.0, which perfume composition contains less than 85 wt.% of the component (A) and at least 90 wt.%, preferably at least 95 wt.%, particularly preferably at least 97 wt.% of the total of the component (A) and the component (B). Log Pow means a 1-octanol/water distribution coefficient of a chemical substance and is obtained by calculation based on the (f) value method (hydrophobic fragment constant method). As the component (B), are exemplified camphor, 1-menthol, menthone, and the like. Also can be employed a natural essential oil composed mainly of these perfumes. The component (B) is preferably contained in the perfume composition in an amount of 1-70 wt.%, more preferably 1-50 wt.%, particularly preferably 1-40 wt.%.
