THE SECOND HIGH FREQUENCY GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: The second high frequency generator assembly is provided to maximize an injecting of a base frequency concerning a nonlinear single crystal element for generating the second high frequency. CONSTITUTION: A pumping laser generating part(100) includes a mount(130) and a cooling pin(110). A laser diode is installed at the mount(130). The cooling pin(110) is installed at the mount(130). A focus lens group(200) includes pluralities of lenses(210) and a lens housing(220). The lens housing(220) is supported at the lens(210). The lens housing(220) is positioned between the pumping laser generating part(100) and a resonance device(300) by means of an adapter(230). The resonance device(300) has a laser generating part(100), a bluster plate and a nonlinear single crystal element(340). A beam splitter(360) is mounter at the second mirror(350). A photo detector assembly(370) is mounted at a lower of the beam splitter(360). A cooling device(380) is mounted at a lower of the nonlinear single crystal element(340). The first mirror, a laser element and the bluster plate(330) is installed in the first fixing member(323).
