Additive for motor car fuels, in particular gasoil-type fuels, includes amide or imide groups. It is prepared by mixing compound A (60-90 wt %), which consists of at least one polyalkylene carboxylic compound in the form of dibasic acid or its anhydride with average molecule weight between 200 and 3000 and compound B (0.1-10 wt %), which consists of at least one monobasic carboxylic compound or its anhydride containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms in hydrocarbon chain, and compound C (10-30 wt %), which consists of at least one primary polyamine depicted by general formula H2N-[-(CHR1-(CH2)p-CHR2)n-NH]m-H, A/B/C weight ratio being 1:(0.1-1): (1-3) and never 1:1:1.
