PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which transfers value for an article from a customer's account to a company's account of a financial institution by using a mobile communication terminal device. SOLUTION: This system has a central processor 1 of a company and a central processor 2 of a financial institution and the mobile communication terminal device has a display means which displays identification information of the company, a selecting means selecting identification information of a company to which a customer orders an article out of pieces of identification information of companies displayed on the display means, and a means which connects the mobile communication terminal device to the central processor 1 according to the identification information of the selected company. The central processor 1 has a means for connecting the mobile communication terminal device to the central processor 2 when the order of the article is received from the customer through the mobile communication terminal device and the central processor 2 has a means for indicating the transfer of value for the article from the account of the customer to the account of the company.
