摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner having the dispersion property in a microscopic level from a premixing step even when any material is used so as to provide a negative charge toner which causes fast and uniform triboelectrification between the toner and a toner carrier and which can maintain stable electrification characteristics eve after a large number of sheets are continuously copied, and to provide a toner which can reproduce a more accurate visible image for an electrostatic latent image recorded by binary digital signals, that is, the toner that accurately reproduces fine dots and can reproduce accurate images from thin lines to halftone image and black solid image according to the source signals. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains at least a binder resin. The binder resin material is treated to have irregular shapes, and it has <=150μm maximum particle diameter, <=100μm average particle diameter. The toner is an electrostatic charge image developing magnetic toner having such a structure that in the elemental distribution analysis by EPMA-WDS to evaluate the dispersion degree, the C.V value obtained by the X-ray intensity distribution of inorganic elements used as an additive is lower by >=0.5 than that of a toner prepared by using an untreated source material.</p>
