PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce leakage of client data stored at the transmitting side. SOLUTION: The client data (telephone numbers) stored at the transmitting side (enterprise or the like) are stored in a mother group 21. The mother group 21 is classified in the group of telephone numbers having the common numerals of specified digits such as lower two digits, for example, among the telephone numbers. The telephone numbers in the classified group are transmitted being superimposed on television signals for each group together with advertisement information data desired to be sent from the enterprise side. Concerning the advertisement information data to be transmitted, the same contents are transmitted as many times as the number of groups. The receiving side (viewer) previously inputs his own telephone number to a television receiver. Among the transmitted data, data, on which the same numerals as lower two digits of his own inputted telephone number are superimposed, are stored on a storage medium inside the television receiver. Thus, only one part of client data provided on the transmitting side are stored on the receiving side, and the amount of client data to be disclosed to the receiving side can be reduced.
