The invention provides a polyolefin resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin and 0.01 to 2.0 parts by weight of an anti-blocking agent (C) comprising 40% to 90% by weight of an anti-blocking agent component (A) in a substantially spherical form having a weight average particle diameter of from 1.5 mu m to less than 4.0 mu m, and 60% to 10% by weight of an anti-blocking agent component (B) in a substantially spherical form having a weight average particle diameter of from 4.0 mu m to 7.0 mu m, wherein the content of a component having a particle diameter of 15 mu m or more in the anti-blocking agent (C) is 1.0% by weight or less, and the difference between the weight average particle diameter of the anti-blocking agent component (A) and that of the anti-blocking agent component (B) is from 0.5 mu m to 5.0 mu m.
