PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving apparatus for a strut for a vinyl house, capable of further readily carrying out a strut standing operation, stably standing the strut so as to make the whole height constant, easily performing a vinyl sheet hanging operation and forming a beautiful appearance. SOLUTION: This driving apparatus for a strut for a vinyl house is equipped with a driving mechanism 4 for nipping a vertical part 3 of the strut 2 for the vinyl house and moving up and down at the right and left of one side of front and rear of a traveling undercarriage 1 and a placing stand 5 for loading struts at the other side of the undercarriage 1. The strut nipping direction of the driving mechanism 4 is properly inclinable to the vertical direction and the right and left interval of the driving mechanism 4 is adjustable.
