Device for the detection of the level of the water/syrup mixture in the tanks of machines for the production of cold drinks, crushed-ice drinks or like. The machine (1) is connected to a box (3) comprising: the dosing group for water and syrup; a connection (4) to the water network; one or more pipes (5) for the taking of the syrups from the various tanks (6); one or more pipes (8) for the feeding of the water-syrup mixture into the tanks; pumping means for said mixtures, sensors for the detection of the liquid level in the tanks according to the conductivity of the water-syrup system in the tank. Within said pipes (8) a stainless steel cable (9) is introduced extending on the whole length of the pipe (8). Said cable (9) is connected to said level sensor directly or indirectly on its other end, thus creating one of the two poles of the electric circuit closing on the second pole. |
