PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a comfortable ride by damping the vibration of a low frequency inputted from a road surface to a car body. SOLUTION: In this vehicular stabilizer provided with a damper for damping the vibration inputted from a road surface to the stabilizer by connecting to one end of the stabilizer for restraining the vehicular vibration, by making a vehicular nearly car body resonance frequency to the upper limit frequency (f) which is the upper limit of the frequency of a road surface external disturbance input which can reduce substantially the force applied to the stabilizer by damping the road surface external disturbance input by the damper, the spring force (k) of the stabilizer and the damping force C of the damper for satisfying the formula f=k/2πC (πis a circumference ratio) are set.
