PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a system for controlling water quality which can identify a part of a filter basin which caused the deterioration of the function of the filter basin when the function of the filter basin is deteriorated. SOLUTION: A filter basin is divided into a plurality of divided filter basins, and a particle removal percentage is obtained individually for each divided filter basin. |
