PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized variable piston pump motor having high controllability by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: This variable piston pump motor turnably holds an input/output shaft to a housing through a shaft hold cylinder formed with the external periphery in spherical shape and arranges this housing capable of tilting in one direction with an oil pressure suction/discharge passage forming pipe, fixedy positioned on a line connecting the spherical head part center of a piston, serving as the support point.
