PURPOSE: A hood panel of a vehicle is provided to improve impact absorbing force by inserting a plastic honeycomb into a middle portion of the hood panel. CONSTITUTION: A hood panel for a vehicle is composed of an inner panel(5), a honeycomb structure(7) and a hood outer panel(3). The hood inner panel is compose of a GMT(Glass fiber Mat Thermoplastic). The GMT is formed by a polypropylene. The hood outer panel is composed of thermoplastic SMC(Sheet Molding Compound). The SMC is composed of polypropylene or polyethylene. The honeycomb structure is formed of aromatic polyamide. Plural cavities are closed after filling nitrogen gas. The hood panel is produced by attaching the honeycomb structure on inner and outer panels. Thereby, the hood panel of the vehicle improves impact absorbing force by inserting a plastic honeycomb into a middle portion of the hood panel.
