PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power loss without impairing the response to a pulse load change. SOLUTION: A supply line of an output voltage of a DC-DC converter 11 to a transmission pulse generator Z is grounded through a bias circuit 12 and an ON/OFF switch 13. The switch 13 is turned OFF except a predetermined period before and after each pulse based on pulse generating timing information of the generator Z by a switch controller 14. Thus, a bias current flows before and after the rise and fall of the pulse for causing an abrupt load change, and the bias current does not flow during the period other than the rise and fall of the pulse.
