<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the stabilizing of the voltage of a power circuit compatible with the lowering of current consumption. SOLUTION: In this device, a first voltage limiting circuit (VDLA) having short reaction time and a second voltage limiting circuit (VDLB) having high current supplying power are provided in parallel and outputs each other are connected. The size WPB of the output transistor of the VDLB is set to be larger than the size WPA of the output transistor of the VDLA. Moreover, in ratios among currents (INA and INB) of constant current sources and sizes (WPA and WPB) of respective transistors of respective power source, the ratio (WPA/INA) in the VDLA is set to be smaller than the ratio (WPB/INB) in the VDLB.</p> |
