PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a microarray-chip manufacturing apparatus by which the spotting operation time of a specific binding substance can be shortened more than that in conventional cases. SOLUTION: Arranged pins 31 which collect a specific blinding substance 11 stored in two-dimensionally longitudinal 8 pieces x transverse 12 pieces of specific-binding-substance holes 10a on a microtiter plate 10 on which the specific-binding-substance holes 10a are formed two-dimensionally and by which the collected specific binding substance 11 is spotted in a point shape are provided. A head 30 which comprises the pins 31 and an interval change means 33 used to change the pitch of the pins 31 is provided, A movement means 40 which moves the head 30 from the microtiter plate 10 up to a slide glass 20 is provided. |
