PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mostureproof paper hard to generate breaking or a crack even if it is bent. SOLUTION: In a moistureproof paper wherein a moistureproof layer 2 is laminated on the rear surface of substrate paper 1, the substrate paper 1 is constituted of resin-impregnated paper. The elongation of the substrate paper is pref. 1% or more in its longitudinal direction and 8% or more in its lateral direction.
