PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a functional food with dietary effect processed aiming at exhibiting regulatory function to organism as the third food function, and containing minerals, vitamins, polysaccharides and enzymes each extracted from various 200 kinds of plants including aloe as the main material. SOLUTION: This functional food with dietary effect is obtained by extracting active ingredients from various 200 kinds of plants through combining extracting methods such as well-boiling extracting method, pressurising extracting method, and ethanol extracting method, and also by using honey liquid and muscovado to be preserved in a seasoned condition, and tap water for dilution after being boiled and then cooled for sterilization and removing chlorine. |
