PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homogenous compound rolling roll without-annualring- shaped segregation by applying a D.C magnetic field to molten metal in a centrifugal congelate and stir liquid using magnetism casting mold and solidifying it while stirring it. SOLUTION: In this composite rolling roll and its manufacture, for the external layer facing material using centrifugal force, after pouring molten metal 20 which contains 1.0 to 4.0 wt.% of C and total 1.0 to 16.0 wt.% of Mo/W, in spinning centrifugal casting mold 10, the exterior and interior layers are integrally combined with each other, a pair of magnetic coil 30, 31 are set up on the surface of centrifugal casting mold 10, therefore a magnetic field is formed and gradually direct magnetism is added, and finally maximum magnetic-flux density B at a position B, by a part space inwards by 5 mm from the interior mold, is set up Bmax>=10 mT.
