PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a waste disposal and lower a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A locking mechanism includes a frictionally engaging means 60 comprising a plurality of frictional plates 65, a support shaft 71, a plurality of frictional pieces 75 held on the support shaft 71 so as to be frictionally engaged with each frictional plate 65, a moving member 72 held by the support shaft 71 so as to be movable and an operating part 81 for axially moving the moving member 72 which are formed integrally through a support frame 61. Each frictional plate 65 frictionally engages with each frictional piece 75 to regulate the rotation of a back rest attaching part 30 and hold a back rest 40 and a seat plate 20 at desired inclined positions.
