PURPOSE: A dispenser of a rolled wet-towel is provided to wind the fabric of the towel in roll shape regardless of the length of the towel fabric, and spray water on the surface of the towel fabric. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor consists of an endless belt(540), a winding member(560), and a guide member(590). The endless belt transfers the fabric of a towel. The winding member winds the towel fabric in roll shape by rotating in the opposite direction to the endless belt. The guide member guides the rolled wet-towel. A water-spray nozzle(420) is installed on the upside of the endless belt to spray water on the surface of the towel fabric, and a water inlet(421) is formed at the center to supply water. The nozzle is united with a roll member(550) winding part of the towel fabric in roll shape before the towel fabric is transferred to the winding member.
