PURPOSE: A drying treatment equipment of food waste is provided, which can dry the food waste by hot air generated from a boiler, so that the waste can be used as livestock feed. The boiler for supplying heat to dry waste uses waste tires as fuel and collects the dust from the boiler by a first and a second dust collectors, therefore no air pollution is occurred. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a crushing device(10) that has an inlet at the top, an outlet(12) at the bottom and a crushing drum(14) at the upper part and under the inlet, the drum having many cutters(14a) around it; (ii) a vinyl selecting device(20) that has a body(23) including an inlet at the top and an outlet(22) at the bottom, a rotating drum(25) with many impellers(25a), and a collecting box installed to the body(23) in one; (iii) a drying device(60) that has a drying chamber, wherein many drying drums are installed and waste is dried while moving from top to bottom by heat generated at a boiler(71), and the effluent gas from the drying chamber is passed through a first and a second dust collectors(80,90); (iv) a crushing device(30) that has a cutter(33); (v) a foreign material removing device(40); and (vi) a hopper(50). |
