PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange two lenses, of which the optical axes are parallel with each other, on a pedestal through brackets closely to each other in parallel by constituting one of plural attaching parts, which brackets are provided with, of projecting pieces projecting from side faces facing brackets of each other and fixing brackets on the pedestal with respective projecting pieces shifted from each other in the direction of optical axes of lenses. SOLUTION: Projecting pieces 40 are protrusively provided in each one end in the direction of optical axes on side faces 37c facing each other of bracket 36A and 36B, which are fixed on the pedestal with projecting pieces 40 off the other ends in the direction of optical axes on side faces 37c facing each other of the brackets. The brackets 36A and 36B are made of common parts of the same shape, and the bracket 36A is rotated at 180 deg. to the bracket 36B along an attaching face of the pedestal, and they are fixed on the pedestal in this state.
