PURPOSE: A case of a cellular telephone is provided to easily assemble or disassemble the case formed with a upper case and a lower case in a sliding method, and to reinforce the combination force of the case. CONSTITUTION: An upper case is formed with two slide protrusion parts(101) protruded in both inner sides at predetermined length, two fixing grooves(102) formed in the end part of the slide protrusion parts(101), and two hooks(103) protruded at the inner end surface at predetermined distance from each other. A lower case is formed with two guide grooves(201) formed in both inner sides at predetermined length for inserting and sliding the slide protrusion parts(101), two fixing projections(202) protruded in the end part of the guide grooves(201) for being inserted into the fixing grooves(102), and two hook insertion grooves(203) formed in the inner end part at predetermined distance from each other for inserting two hooks(103) mounted within the upper case.
