INSTALLING STRUCTURE OF UPPER GEAR ON CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: Provided is an installing structure of the upper gear on a circular knitting machine which is characterized by preventing from abrasion and breakage of a driving shaft, noise, vibration and knitting inferiority. CONSTITUTION: The installing structure of the upper gear is comprised of: the upper and the lower pinions(30)(40) fixed to the upper and the lower parts of the driving shaft(20); the upper gear(60) fixed to the upper part of a main shaft(50) and fitted in the upper pinion(30); a support(80) of the upper furnace which is fixed to the lower part of the main shaft(50) supporting the upper furnace(70); a gear ring(110) set on a support(100) of the lower furnace supporting the lower furnace(90) and fitted in the lower pinion(40); the upper bed(130) supporting an inner board(120) set on the main shaft(50); and horizontal level and vibrating source controlling bolts(140)(150) which are set on the upper bed(130) controlling horizontal level and vibrating source of the upper furnace(70). The upper gear(60) is separated from the main shaft(50), and is set on the upper bed(130) with a bearing(160). The main shaft(50) and the gear ring(60) are connected by an arm(170). A bracket(172) punched large hole(171) is set on the end of the arm(170). A connecting rod(61) inserted into the large hole(171) is fixed to the upper part of the upper gear(60).
