PURPOSE: The method for constructing a school network and operating a school broadcasting station on the internet space is provided to enable a broadcasting manufactured in a school to be watched in a place connected to the internet. CONSTITUTION: A site which is a parent body of a school network is registered. The the existing schools are operated as internet sites by registering the domains of all schools existing in the internet virtual space. Each hub school site arranges all sorts of additional information and the information with respect to a business section, a theater etc., and makes a database. Thus, a user who is connected to the internet can search the additional information and the information with respect to a business section, a theater etc. Also, the user can trade all sorts of goods by connecting to a business enterprise adjacent to a school through an electronic commerce. Independent school broadcasting contents manufacturing a broadcasting are operated by schools. The broadcastings manufactured by a school broadcasting station offered to the site which is a parent body of a school network, and the broadcastings are watched through the internet.
