PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic electrical length adjuster capable of automatic operation by mechanizing a series of machining and operating means for delay time measurement at a certain length portion of a flat cable with a core in a coaxial structure. SOLUTION: An automatic electrical length adjuster comprises a measuring part having a terminal for horizontally and partly cutting a flat cable at its end with a core in a coaxial structure and exposing both a center conductor and an external conductor to be put in contact therewith, a compression boding part for crushing the flat cable at its upper side so as to put the center conduction in contact with the external conductor to form a terminal for delay time measurement, and a cutting part for aligning a cutter corresponding to individual cores from the delay time measurement between the measuring part and the compression bonding part and cutting the cores. The measuring part which contains a laser cutter for horizontally and partly cutting the flat cable off has, desirably, a roller for horizontally pushing the flat cable out.
