PURPOSE: An image public telephone business strategy using an internet on the basis of a leased line is provided to use a public communication terminal performing an internet telephone, an internet retrieval, image communication, so as to supply profits with an enterpriser and a user, and to supply a convenience regardless of places. CONSTITUTION: A business model makes a user maximize an availability of a place and money by a business cooperation. An enterpriser reduces an initial installation cost through the business cooperation with a product supplier. The product supplier secures a company. Two enterprisers invent joint profits. A user reduces a cost expenditure by a rental fee pay method, and receives an image telephone service. A place supplying enterpriser saves using fees in full, and generates a profitability. The place supplying enterpriser flexibly operates a national communication fee system, and generates an image rising effect of an enterprise.
