PURPOSE: A device for displaying a call state of a cellular phone is provided so that a user can be informed of the call state of the cellular phone by turning on light emitting diodes. CONSTITUTION: An antenna senses an electric wave through a cellular phone. A diode(D1) detects and outputs the electric wave sensed in the antenna. A comparing unit(1) compares a reference voltage decided by a battery(B1) with an input voltage from the diode(D1). Here, when the reference voltage is different from the input voltage, the comparing unit(1) reduces the output voltage to 0V. A transistor(Q1) is turned on when the output voltage of the comparing unit(1) is 0V, and outputs a voltage of about -3V. A driving unit(2) is connected to a plurality of light emitting diodes(LED1-LEDn). When receiving the voltage of -3V from the transistor(Q1), the driving unit(2) sequentially turns on the light emitting diodes(LED1-LEDn). The thusly-constituted device for displaying the call state of the cellular phone is provided to a transparent metal connected to the cellular phone. Accordingly, even when the user turns off a sound of the cellular phone, he/she can be informed of the call state of the cellular phone by the light emitting diodes of the medal.
