PURPOSE: The electronic commerce method through a twins B2B site, B2C site is provided to secure and manage customers easily by transacting between businessmen or with customer through a twins B2B site, B2C site sharing information interactively and independently. CONSTITUTION: An operation head office system(10) registers businessmen as B2B site members and customers as B2C site members(S301). A businessmen connects to a B2B site and performs a login to a selling commodities registration page(S302). A commodity state, a specification with respect to a commodity to be sold, a price and amount are registrated through the selling commodities registration page(S303). The operation head office system manages a businessmen with distinction for an activation of a transaction(S304). The operation head office system makes a database with respect to a special contract office and condition(S305). The businessmen connects to a B2B site and confirms a commodities list to be sold(S306). The operation head office system detects with respect to a special contract office and condition(S307). If a special contract office and condition are detected, the operation head office system proposes a corresponding special condition(S308). A list about a general condition is proposed with respect to general purchase businessman(S309).
