PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device to easily match the design of a grill to the pattern of a surface on the indoor side and the tone of a joint, and be satisfactory in appearance in mounted state. SOLUTION: A ventilation device comprises a body 2 having an air supply function and mounted in the outdoor side of a partition structure to partition the inside and the outside of a room and provided on the indoor side with an opening part 4, and a removable grill 3 to cover the opening part 4 of the body 2 in a manner to effect ventilation on the indoor side. A mounting flange 6, protruding to the outside and making contact with the indoor side of the partition structure, is situated at the opening part 4 of the body 2. A circular engaging part 7 to surround the opening part 4 is formed at the mounting flange 6. A plurality of hooking means 11 locked engagingly at the circular engaging part 7 and slidable along the periphery of the circular engaging part 7 are situated at the grill 3. The grill 3 is set rotatable in a plane which is parallel to the surface on the indoor side of the partition structure, based on the opening part 4 of the body 2.
