PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focusing device for measuring microscope capable of improving the operability of focusing, and preventing the contamination of a simple. SOLUTION: A column 42 is provided with a space 42A inside, and also, a notched groove 60 communicating between the internal space 42A and the outside is formed in one surface of the column 42. A moving body 59 on which optical elements such as a revolver and an eyepiece lens, etc., are mounted is linearly moved on the surface of the column 42 along the longitudinal direction of the notched groove 60. One end part 54 and 55 of the moving body 59 is positioned on the internal space 42A side including the notched groove 60 through the notched groove 60. The load inputting end 56A of a constant load spring 56 as a load reducing member installed in the column 42 is connected to the one end part 54 and 55 of the moving body 59.
