PREPARATION OF ADHESIVE CONTAINING LOESS NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTING FLOOR

PURPOSE: A method for preparing adhesive composition useful in construction of floor is provided to produce improved adhesive composition having effect of far-infrared radiation and humidity control, and adsorption of formalin smell by replacing all inorganic fillers with loess in the composition. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of adhesive composition containing loess is to produce the composition comprising a primary material composed of 45 weight part of loess powder having a particle size of 10-300mesh and 50 weight part of bisphenol An epoxy resin, and a curing agent composed of 50 weight part of loess powder having another particle size of 200mesh and 40 weight part of polyamide amine resin. The composition is featured by substituting calcium carbonate as inorganic filler in general adhesive with loess in order to maximize far-infrared radiation by using heat generated from a Korean floor heater so-called ondol.
