Odorless, germless, safe and sanitary eggs which do not cause asthma and atopic skin inflammation and hold their freshness for a long time. The eggs do not have the uncomfortable smell of fish and are suited to be eaten as they are without cooking. The eggs are produced by incorporating 0.1 to 10 wt/wt % of powdery green tea in the feed of hens. |
